I. Facility Access

- Electronic Access: Entry requires a valid, active membership keycard. Admission of unknown individuals or "tailgating" is strictly prohibited to ensure club security.
- Identification: Staff are authorized to challenge any individual to produce a current membership card. Members must have their card on their person while in the Social Quarter.
II. Guest Policy

- Sign-In Requirement: Every guest must be signed into the "Guest Logbook" immediately upon entry. This must include the Guest’s Printed Name and the Sponsoring Member’s Signature.
- Sponsorship: Non-members may only enter as guests of a member in good standing. The member must remain on the premises with their guest. When the member leaves, the guest must depart.
- Responsibility: Members are personally responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any violations may result in disciplinary action against the member.
II. Conduct & Environment

- Smoking Policy: The MSC Duley building is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Social Quarter. A designated Smoke Pit is provided in the backyard for member use. Please ensure all debris is disposed of in the provided receptacles.
- Pets & Service Animals: Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the facility at any time. In accordance with the ADA, only service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability are permitted.
- Professional Decorum: Profanity, aggressive behavior, or harassment of staff and other shipmates is grounds for immediate removal and potential suspension of membership.
- Intoxication: Use of the Social Quarter while noticeably intoxicated is prohibited. Staff and Board Officers have the final authority to refuse service or request a member leave the premises.
- Prohibited Items: No illegal drugs or unauthorized weapons are permitted on club property at any time.
IV. Charitable Gaming

- Age Restriction: No person under the age of 18 shall play, purchase, or redeem any charitable game (Pull-tabs, Electronic Gaming, or Raffles).
- Financials: All gaming transactions are Cash Only. No credit shall be extended for any reason.
- Integrity: All raffle drawings are public. To ensure integrity, the person drawing the winning ticket must be a "Disinterested Person" who did not purchase a ticket for that specific drawing.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to remove any person from the premises who is in violation of these standards or whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the best interests of the Club.
