Our Mission

The mission of the Military Services Club Duley, as the home of FRA Branch 172, is to foster camaraderie and support by providing a member-driven club where fellowship, advocacy, and community engagement thrive for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families.

📜 Our Heritage

Originally chartered on August 17, 1977, as the FRA Branch 172 Home, our club has stood as a pillar for the Yorktown military community for nearly five decades. In November 2021, we transitioned to become the Military Services Club Duley (MSC Duley), honoring Horace "Ray" Duley, while remaining the proud home port for FRA Branch 172.
